Keep Your Swords Sharp: A Message of Hope 💙

To anyone who is a survivor:

Keep your chin up and never stop sharing your story. The best thing you can do for yourself and other people is tell someone what happened as soon as possible. Turn them in, and don't wait to report them. Love doesn't hurt and there is no excuse for abuse. You are beautiful and loved, and it's NOT your fault. You are not alone and there is an army of us who will be behind you, no matter what. If something happened to you, the best thing you can do to keep yourself safe is make sure the people around you know. Secrets are silent killers, and at least a third of us have been through the same thing. It can feel like an impossible fight, but nothing will change if no one speaks out. The pendulum will swing back, but only if we keep the momentum. It's just a matter of time.

Keep being brave, and don't let anyone stifle your voice or intimate you into silence.
