Dear survivors,
Remember that you are NOT what happened to you. The holidays can be difficult for many of us, but no matter what, never forget the reason for the season and that you are loved completely and unconditionally by Someone much bigger than all the evils in this world. Some scars never heal completely, but someday, God promises us that He will do more than heal our broken bodies or soothe the brusies on our souls: He will make everything beautiful and new, more perfect than freshly fallen snow on a Christmas morning, and nothing will ever hurt again. Never forget how beautiful, precious, and loved you are; no one and nothing can ever take that away.
Merry Christmas! 💙
