If you're looking for an organization to donate to in order to help victims of sexual assault and trafficking, particularly minors, this one is very good. While it's heartbreaking to know what this poor girl went through, it's good to see that some of these monsters are being taken off the streets and put where they belong, especially closer to home. Regardless of whether or not 500+ years is enough of a punishment, he won't be able to hurt her again, or anyone else.

The age of consent is 17 in Wyoming. This girl spent half her life being abused. I hope she is able to find healing now that justice is finally being served. Anyone who takes advantage of a child or violates someone in this manner deserves absolutely everything that comes to them. For every monster that's caught, there are hundreds more hiding, but even catching one makes everyone else a little bit safer.
